I am getting nothing from either county's police or fire.
Steve-

You should be able to copy Hampshire--both of their county sites are up and running--although depending on where you are in Hardy, I'm guessing you're only going to hear the Ridge site.

Have you checked your antenna? I know it's probably the first thing you did. Also, determining on what site you're hearing WVSP would go a long way to determining what's giving you the problem... If you're hearing WVSP on Hampshire's Ridge site, I'd guess it's a settings issue that somehow is excluding Hampshire Co Law/Fire. If you're hearing WVSP on the Moorefield site, that would explain why you're hearing WVSP and not Hampshire Co Law/Fire, since they wouldn't normally affiliate with the Moorefield site.

OK, done babbling, but very happy to help a fellow ham, if you'd like. Will shoot you my call via private message.

I don't remember seeing the Ridge site show up like this --
What's different about it? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with DSD or other SDR output formats. The Pro96comm decode seems the same, but I'm guessing it's probably not nearly as detailed as what you're seeing with DSD. I did note that Wardensville is still showing up as "Failed," when I check adjacent site info.

Two dissimilar lines for 453.3375, the bottom line is the regular info as is displayed by SDRTrunk, it is back to normal now

Thanks. That's very interesting. I haven't run Pro96comm in some time, but since you mentioned something was up, I'm noticing lots of data transmissions that I've not noted before. They look like they're associated with a WVSP RID on TG 1307, but the talkgroup is still being used for voice traffic. Are we looking at TDMA testing? Here's what I just saw on Pro96com:

453.300 instead of 453.000 ?
Yeah I guess so. THe apps often have the freqs out of sequence. Ends up throwing me off. I'd edit the original post, but too much time has passed lol.

453.175
453.300
453.600
453.7375

Does anyone know if Wetzel County has switched over to SIRN? I know they were using the statewide 911 TG for a while, but since they got some more tower coverage I was wondering if they fully switched yet.

I think the guys from Ohio that usually monitor the northern panhandle stuff just don't have a reliable reach down into Wetzel to monitor those sites. It's probably going to take somebody from Wetzel (or across the river) to answer that. And unfortunately I rarely ever see anybody on the forums from those areas.

I'm in Marion County and I do hear Wetzel Fire Dp and Wetzel EMS Dp regularly. They usually come across the Mannington, Idamay, Fairview, or Shinnston towers. I'm not able to reach the new Jacksonburg / Wallace tower in Wetzel County. I think only a few companies are using SIRN. The Wetzel SO Dp channel is pretty quiet the majority of the time. I also discovered their TAC channels during a couple of fires they had.

I've been away for a couple of months. Good to catch up on this thread. Has anyone noticed both Berkeley and Kearneysville sites are no longer utilizing any of their frequencies for TDMA? Looks like P25 Phase I traffic only over the past week or two. I'm not sure when this started.
