Anyone else using smartphone to listen to scanner radio?

I have been using these two android apps. It works pretty well.

I use Tunein for almost all broadcast and scanning listening. For smartphones, for Windows and probably Mac. If you want the ClearChannel stations, grab the iHeartRadio app. HTH.
