Anyone else receiving ISP Troop 15 - South Patrol (TG 9099) as Phase II?

Yes. Seeing it as Phase 2 on site 149. North is still Phase 1.

Receiving Phase II as well on site 101.

Troop 15-South now Phase 1 trunking again on Sites 1-001/1-002.

Yep, I noticed that earlier this evening. However, as of the typing of this, it switched back to Phase II ( Site 1-049).

Phase 2 again on Sites 1-001/1-002 this morning.

And now back to phase I
Some of the radios must not be programmed as Phase 2 since they keep going back and forth between Phase 1 and 2.

I've also been seeing the "old" DC-Tac 1 (TGID 9009) fully encrypted now. I don't know the "new" tag for it since the reprogramming, but Troop 3 units have been using it.

Not necessary not programmed for Phase II as much as there may be some older XTL radios that are still being used that can only do Phase I. If even one radio on the talkgroup is only Phase I it will revert back from II to I

Seeing T15 North in Phase II now, as well as the tollway Garage M3 talkgroup. The main tollway maintenance talkgroups are still Phase I. Not sure about the other garage talkgroups, M3 is just active because they've got an accident on 294 they're working right now.

I keep forgetting to mention this, but I've noticed that M-14 Bensenville/I-390 (TG 2024) has been Phase II for a while.

I'm running Unitrunker on Site 149 (Cook County North) and logged the following:

TG 11302 - affiliated by RID 125000
TG 11303 - affiliated by RID 125001

Although RID 125000 was in the Radio Reference SC21 wiki, there were no notes shown. RID 125001, TG 11302 and TG 11303 were not previously in the wiki. Does anyone have any information for these RIDs or TGs?

Well it pays to ask questions! A very reliable source tells me that the SC21 125xxx RIDs are Wisconsin state-owned radios, and the two 1130x talkgroups are interop talkgroups between STARCOM21 and the WISCOM statewide trunked system in Wisconsin.

For the life of me, I can't understand why STARCOM21 and SAFE-T doesn't have interop also!

Just heard a female trooper on TG9013 say "am I on the correct channel ", and the dispatcher said NO switch to SE channel, now is that TG9008 there is no south east that I see ?
I've been hearing many references to "Southeast units" recently, then last night heard something similar. A trooper was on the 3-Southwest channel, and was told that "you should be on the Southeast channel". He apologized and traffic continued on TGID 9008.

Based on all this, it would safe to rename TGID 9008 as 3-Southeast as confirmed. Patrol assignments are still using the S-Sam designation. 3-Southwest (TGID 9013) using the S-Sam patrol assignments designation too. Here's my updated Troop 3:

3-A-9005
3-B-9006
3-North-9002
3-Middle-9007
3-Southeast-9008

I noticed some units still have the old channel names/formatting, for example when Troy 1 was up more than a couple weeks ago and got on ISPERN. They weren't able to hear Ocean 336 during his pursuit since the VHF patch was down, the dispatcher on ISPERN told Troy 1 to switch over "DC-B" which the Operations Detail Channel was on at the time.

Yes...DHS, so lucky to have any communication with ISP. They don't have too many ISP channels from what I heard.
