I had to add location data for the sites to Sentinel manually and write to the radio before the radio actually recognized the system. I use location control and a GPS so this may not apply to you. The RRDB admin needs to add the location coordinates to the site data.
The Sites appear to be correct. The TGID Departments do need location data for the system to work correctly, especially if relying on location control.

The location data was not in the Sentinel download from the RRDB: the lat/long and range data were 0.0. It does show on the site page in the RRDB.

Yep, the admin addressed the issue today, so the "nothing to scan/out of range" issue should be corrected, and those willing to wait will get the correction in the next DB pull. Or update the system manually to add loc info for those departments.

How’s their testing going for this? Haven’t seen much of an update in a while.
So far, UniTrunker has logged 34 TGs Affilated to, out of which 14 were Channel Grants from the NCCo Site. Most of the TGs are DelDOT, DSP Data, and Mutual Aid. Most Voice Traffic is SCPA and DelDOT TMC. And 140 RID Denials from subscribers on Montgomery Co MD.

I haven’t monitored much due to lack of change. I did notice some del dot traffic this week on Kent site with Unication. It was a yard channel I’m not sure if it’s full time or not. I Did not confirm if more voice channels haven been added to Kent site yet. I will run decoder this weekend on Kent site.

At what point would corrective action be needed with the interfering stations? Should control channel be changed or does it even matter? It doesn’t seem to bother the system does it, just denies and moves on. I guess it could be interesting if there was a matching talkgroup.

Could these could be mobile units driving N/S just leaving their radios on thru DE? Extradition details, prisoner transports etc. ?

That portion of Maryland is pretty self sufficiency no reason to leave to come all the way here on regular basis. I think it’s skip over the bay when conditions are right. I’m curious what level of interference warrants corrective action.

It's not really interference. Radios from Montgomery County are requesting access to the Delaware system and are being denied. It could be officers traveling and losing contact with their home system. The radios interpret this as a change in control channels and start hunting for another. Depending on how the subscriber radios are programmed, some alternate control channels on the MC system *may* be some cchs that are used by Delaware.
