O/T: I'm going off the grid into the mountains for a week so response time to submissions will increase, or hold them until next weekend.
FD was told the 21stWhen we say “switchover” does that mean just the FD, all Public Safety, or everything? DDOT in Sussex is still heavily represented on the SmartZone site.
Also it seems many of the Denials are DSP resources that have been Denied since June 7th.

I can do it this evening when I get home from work.Could someone in range of Sussex share a recent unitrunker run or active P2 frequencies in the rotation? Paste a pic?
WFD has a Dispatch TG on the P25 Phase II System. As of now, the RIDs do not affiliate to Wilmington's P16 System and Site, are not simulcasted, and use N-TAC5 exclusively.Could Wilmington be close to testing and/or operating on the NCC Simulcast?
Everyone's RF environment is different. If you're suffering the effects of simulcast distortion then you're likely within range of two or more towers. Try the multipath mitigation suggestions in this wiki. If you find one that works for you then great. If not then consider upgrading to an SDS100So for those late to the party does this upgrade mean the Uniden bcd325p2 will be useless due to simulcast?![]()
Thanks for the reply, I sold my SDS 100 a while back because the 325p2 was sufficient for this area, and now here we are lol, can't win.
What area of Sussex? So, I have been listening to this system on my G5 for the past few months. I listen mainly to New Castle County and have not had any problems. However, this weekend I have been in Sussex County and it's constantly "out of range". It does sometimes connect to Site 13 and I hear traffic fine, but 9 times out of 10 I am out of range while inside the county. Is it possible there is a control channel frequency not listed in the database that the Sussex site is using? I can't think of any other reason why one county would be out of range but New Castle and Kent have no issues.
