Harassment is by definition a course of conduct. This necessitates multiple actions by a single individual or conspiracy over a period of time with consistent intent. I direct you to the NYS Penal Code S 240.25 and 240.26 for a good understanding of what that requires.

Therefore, one single comment directed at the rest of the forum with the legitimate purpose of a warning to them does not in any way constitute harassment of you. So what is NYPD going to do if one of them happens to be bored and trolling around on RR? Not much, because there's nothing they actually can do.

Oh, by the way, just curious about one thing- what political propaganda are we talking about? If you intend to get heated about something, I would advise you strongly to either explain what you mean or choose more accurate words.

As a side note, none of this message is intended as a flame. I believe my purpose here is to guide ASTRORADIOS168 in creating a calmer, more knowledgeable argument if he intends to flame someone else... or engage in a certain... course of conduct.

wow , you should know your penal code , who are you ? hope you're not on the job ? are you ?? are just a civilivian , I have a legit arguement , after someone posted my personal info on the page , talking about me that made no sense at all accusing me of doing something I didn't do , I don't even know you , and here u come here trying to put me down. I will find a law that sues what's been going on here , harassment doens't have to be threats , I will talk to NYPD , I think they have a cyber division , I know so much people on the job hmm.. this looks good

this was until somone open old wounds that has nothing to do with the subject . this user started it Chauffeur6 , all I asked was a simple question he told everyone on here not to answer my question. I wanted to ask if the system can be programmed to the xts2500 , I didn't know that NYC has a phase 1 trunking , kinda unsual , i'm not here to fight anyone , but if people keeps opening old wounds that has nothing to do with this site , I think is ridiculus , I do programming too

Please note that you seem to have a chip on your shoulder. You have 24 posts on this forum although you have been a member since 2008. I recall that you also dusted up another topic on this site. I don't know you; however, I have looked into your posting history here and elsewhere and find that there is a pattern of you playing the injured party. Stop it. Why would it be unusual for them to have Phase 1 trunking?

And not to derail this thread anymore than it already is, but if it's a Harris system you'll have to do some homework to figure out how to get it to work. The answer is out there.

i programmed a radio for someone in PA, they gave me the right info some system use different digital Modulation (CFM/CQPSK) for trunking , so if I get it wrong in the trunking (digital tab area of the programming won't hear a thing

I meant the system is Harris, not your radio.

Glancing through the thread it appears to be Harris, which means you'll have to understand the NAC structure to get a XTS-series radio to work...trust me on this.

But I'm getting off-topic here discussing programming a two-way, so I'm done before I feel the wrath of Lou. :lol:

I have been trying to use unitrunker to analyze the system. The cc looks strong on my my HP-1, but I can not get a good enough signal to get unitrunker to see it. Once or twice it went to the screen, but then nothing. Looks like this system just does not work on the Queens/Nassau line, which is strange because at least one of the main users (Courts) is in Queens.

I did receive it loud and clear in Staten Island.
