That is an AR-206 track frequency way up in PA. You are hearing someone way up there I presume
Atlantic City fighters on 294.725

1125- Hearing what sounds like Noble 11 working ZBW Calverton (254.375). A long pull from my QTH--278 miles according to Jetwash file 
1145- ADS-B showing a Pittsburg KC-135 (# 58-0060) showing callsign Steal 71. Mistake or new variation on the Steel callsign?

1135- A UH-60 (22-21221) just went over me out of the Sikorski plant in CT, A/A 51.50 warning a 2nd Blackhawk of lots of birds over the Raritan Bay. I see a 2nd one coming south on the Hudson River. First one almost looks like a new tail number.

1650- Noble 11 flt heading to Langley. Working ZDC Atlantic City (281.45) & ZDC Snow Hill (236.825). A2A is 267.5

Guess still active freq. surprised I copied so well coming in from the West
That old tail #163918 has been staple of Pax River since I don't know when

Interesting RCH callsign out in California, don't think I've seen one with a combo of letters and numbers before. And, BTW, happy thanksgiving all.
