Forgot French Aircraft carrier DE Gaulle has US style catapults so even Carrier Bush F/18's can
land and depart on it and their own French E-2C's.
#FrenchCSG - Twitter Search / Twitter

NOBLE-1 flight heading South A/A 263.200 saying that was their longest sortie ever for a CAP.
That was a long 6+ hour shift.. I guess with shorter daylight times they can squeeze out two shifts of F-15's instead of 3.
1243 NOBLE-1 flight inbound Langley over Cape Charles with Norfolk Tracon 370.925

RMAF-217 landing Dover 132.425 gives callsign "Romeo,Mike Alpha Foxtrot 217" Has very good English.

I use a Diamond discone D130J. It's been up 15 feet from the ground for 22 years. Still works and looks like new. Don't get the cheaper imitations. Get the Diamond.
I too use a Diamond discone, Mine is in my attic but works like champ.

Looking at these, wondering what your opinion of the Tram 1410, and what the difference might be (besides a savings of $75)

Correction guys these same CAP freqs were also used by Cal ANG and Florida F-15's working the CAPs.
Mass ANG used their own squad freqs.
The 3rd NOBLE CAP common freq is 268.525 :)

Would have rode and grabbed some pics if I knew it was at Seymour.
Omega-71 went on South to San Antonio Intl airport KSAT from Omaha at FL25k like dragging somebody.
Not sure what they were doing..
The USS Gerald Ford is due into Norfolk Saturday.Short less than 2 month publicity shakedown test cruise.
Maybe depart again with another carrier wing besides CV-8? Prob wait till after the Holidays.

"USS Gerald R. Ford is a first-in-class aircraft carrier, and the first new aircraft carrier designed in more than 40 years".
