Mark,

ADS-B shows Hoist 86 (KC-10A # 79-0433 305th AMW WRI) operating off the MD/DE coast in W386 at FL200.

He was out there from art least 1100 EDT until later in the afternoon. Maybe he was fueling the Mistys

Rgr Ron maybe they were Tyndall F-22's. Large fleet of F-22's down Tyndall.
Have even more F-22's than Langley since they sucked up all the former New Mexico F-22 squad tails. Some are off to Hill AFB this week along with some
Lakenheath F-15E's coming in tomorrow but a ways North of us this time of year so doubt we will catch them..
Some other Southern units headed for the cooler mountain climate as well.

Hill hosts weapons evaluation program Aug. 1-18 > Hill Air Force Base > Article Display

RAVENS deploy to the theatre this Fall so maybe why the ofhore training.. Vid was Idaho A-10's who are there now.

2100pm local "SHOOTER 197" with ZDC Salisbury UHF then ZDC 127.700 dropping
down shows as (AE4EAF) 166197 Texan 2 US Navy.
Mode s database has as #166198 though that may be incorrect unless they did box switch..
Every weekend the USAF and mostly Navy Texan trainers are out and up this away..
Too hot down in Florida anyway..

Guys,

ADS-B showing Score 97 (P-8 Poseidon # 167951 VX-20 PAX) has been tooling around the PAX restricted areas since early this morning and is still going (as of 1300 EDT).

For about an hours or so during this time ADS-B showed Score 88 (C-38A # 94-1569 VX-20 PAX) in the same general area. Not sure if they were working together but I suspect they probably were.

Unusual for PAX to be working on the weekends

I haven't heard anything on the PAX or ATC freqs.

OOPS!!!! Spoke too soon. Just (1302 EDT) had Score 97 and another acft up w/Bay Watch on 256.5.

Is there a primary working frequency for the Duke MOA. I have located old mentions from between 5-10 years ago in mailing lists. Do aircraft training in that area just use unit tac channels?

I will be up that way for work soon.

Usually copy them weak here inbound on Duke range Ops 233.450 and they use their squad freqs for A/A chat like Martin State MD ANG A-10's on 266.600 etc.
Also have Fort Indiantown Gap aka Bollen (Kiowa) range on 237.200 but may be inactive now a victim of BRAC.

I have Bollen current frequencies as 233.450 primary and 239.150 alt. This was a change from the 237.2 and 232.7 that had been assigned. Saw this posted either here or on an email group a few years ago.

I see on overseas reports 10 Israeli F-16's and 5 IAF 707 tankers stopped at Lajes today
enroute Nellis Red Flag 16-4 set for Aug 15-26th.
Pakistan and UAE fighters F-16's also invited so could make for interesting training.
Not sure if IAF will hit Bangor which is shortest route from Lajes or maybe Shaw AFB stop.
In case we get lucky and some of these pass this way the next couple of days.

3EA1CC GAF362 Heavy inbound for Dulles 120.45>125.8

Airbus of some sort. All I could see is lights. Could've had a really good picture of it about an hour earlier.
No other traffic around to be advised of what they're following.

Also noticed AE0D27 off Davison, not heard but definitely a helo.

See finally SCORE #88 94-1569 C-38A Astra formerly DC ANG 113Wg/201AS was up today.
Last logged here as a Boxer back in last March.

The other chase plane transferred to Pax was 94-1570 C-38A still showing old BOXER17 callsign recently
Maybe with 94-1569 back in service this one will go out for overhaul.
Wonder if they have new Navy numbers now?

2:50pm local DEVIL 91 Atlantic City ANG F-16 direct Toledo ZNY Penn High 270.300

Israeli Tankers

Logged 4 Israeli tankers today about 12:45 CST.
2 over Wichita KS. and 2 over Kansas city KS.
heading west for the Games.
IAF-100 -- IAF-104 -- IAF - 1u1 and IAF - 102 ..
Can someone tell me if IAF - 1u1 might have been
a F-16 fighter and not a tanker??
