At 1440 local, heard similar comms on 228.9 & 289.0 here in central NJ with very solid signals....almost sounded like a CAP mission. However, I was busy at work and couldn't grab any IDs.

Hi, good evening,

Some interesting stuff moving tomorrow ........ Twelve VMFA-314 F/A-18s should be
returning from Moron to CONUS as Mazda 31-36 and Mazda 41-46. The supporting
tankers are Blue 81-83 and Blue 91-93.

Ten 176FS F-16s should be departing from Truax Field, WI to Moron, but I have no
info on their flightplan .... I would expect some tankers to depart from the US east
coast tonight between 0500z and 0800z tonight.

The Black Knights of VMFA-314! May get lucky and catch them stopping down Oceana or
Cherry Point way on way back if they do.
The Wisconsin F-16's will probably stay North of us to Burlington VT perhaps.

1920 Must be NY CAP as heard relay on 228.900 about tanker(TABOO 03) getting correct freq.
1925 TABOO 02 reports clearing out and TABOO 03 takes over.228.900
1931 Here comes KC-135 58-0004 back thru area as logged earlier today.Could be TABOO 02
climbing up headed for home from the 153 ARS Ms ANG.

Ron I had a couple unknown MC-130 types thru this area at same time level
21k.Think they were making their way up to CYYT for usual overnite
stop before crossing.. Never logged them here before and tails are a
mystery.Last logged out in Northwest US Puget Sound area back in July
as TALON 15,16. These were close in trail today also.
