Only six VMFA-112 Hornets made it to Oceana today, Mazda 81-86 have been filed for tomorrow.
Is there anyone that has their current TAC freqs ??
Hope this helps,
René.

From tape.
1500 local MAZDA 81 flight of 4 at FL180 with ZDC UHF reports no joy on
120.975 and 257.700 both ZDC Salisbury.Prob too low.
MAZDA 81 now pushes (132.550 ZDC Snow Hill low) and gone.
Guess they lost 2 enroute René...Probably one broken FA/18 so wingman also staying behind as well.

Guys,

Check out the 2010 & 2011 Blue Angels and T-Birds skeds at Milcom Monitoring Post: US Navy Blue Angels Official 2010-2011 Schedule

They are both going to be in several locations in our area

I wonder how they are going to pull off the Brunswick show in August 2011. The air station operation is closing down, the P-3 squadrons have gone to Jacksonville and the Navy is scheduled to leave in 2011. Maybe it will be a farewell show. There is only a C-130 reserve transport squadron based there and they will be leaving shortly.

I believe you heard CAMSPAC (Communications Area Master Station Pacific)

The Atlantic side is CAMSLANT (Communications Area Master Station Atlantic) often referred to as "CAMSLANT Chesapeake"

The majority of their traffic is on the COTHEN ALE Net so you may check any of these links out.

I thought it was CAMSPAC but did not think the propagation was that good. It definitely was not CAMSLANT. I listen to HF more than VHF,UHF.

2300 local NASA 928 with ZDC Irons 132.9500 reports doing East-West runs for
a couple hours.
I think this is NASA's WB-57 callsign if I recall working out of Langley.

http://flightaware.com/live/flight/NASA928

Didn't even realize I logged this one back on Dec 4th at 0820z course 0320 locally no surprise.
N928NA (ACDD0F) at FL 25k NASA 928 WB-57.
Cool looking aircraft.. Hope he goes to FL60k but looks like low level stuff so far.
Looks like he has been working the late shift lately according to flightaware.
Airframes has this note and is true:
reg N928NA not listed in FAA database, but carrying N928NA's ICAO24 address

2322 local now NASA 928 showing on box at 25k briefly here.

Jay,

If you want to decode ALE Google Multipsk and download a free version of it. Works great for ALE, CW, Pactor, PSK RTTY and a bunch of other digital signals.
