The TFR was scheduled to begin at 1730 local, but apparently it has been delayed.

MAINE 85 up with GIANT KILLER, 135.225, entering W-105 will remain working with GIANT KILLER for a while, also looking for an exit point. MAINE 85 is a KC-135 out of Bangor. Looking for who he is hooking up with, missed some of it. 0935EDT/1335UTC.

Turns out to be KILLER 1 flight, F-15's out of Barnes.

Acft 1 tells acft 2 to come up to 4500 ft. In response to unheard question, acft 1 advises that they are over their nomral position and that there is no movement on the ground. Acft 1 then tells acft 2 that they will meet them on the other channel.
