The 853.1125 frequency is not a Summit control channel after rebanding. I believe that will be corrected soon in database.

Hey guys, does anyone know what's going on with the system? I'm not picking up a CC, and I'm hearing S.O. units testing radios on ECOMM 8 and 9 on MARCS... just fyi.

It sounds like the system is operational, and everyone is returning to it.
It was a total system failure ... System was restored about 10:20.
MARCS is the designated backup.

Since the rebanding, i haven't been able to pick up channel 1 or 2 in the talk groups. I've downloaded all the current talk groups thru RR, but still no 1 or 2. Anybody have any updates or info?

Nothing changed TG wise . no problem with hearing here.
Are you getting other Summit /Akron TGs ?
Check and be sure you don't have them locked out.

I have Cuyahoga Falls programmed in my scanner but normally don't have it enabled. I did enable it tonite after seeing your post and can confirm I'm getting PD Ch1 TG 39280 here.

Yes I have and receive all of Akron and Summit Co fine and nothing locked out, just thought i was missing something because yesterday they said go to secondary (39312) and i received nothing. 39280, main dispatch I'm receiving fine.
Wonder if someone could help me with this, using a pro-106 on the Summit System it stops on a TG but no voice hearing only a few TG mostly analog nothing for Akron or Summit County SO heard Mosquito Control and the telemetry TG's this morning and that's it, the problem seems to have started when I entered the freq's from the latest update it was fine before that.

Mine seems to be working great now and i scan most law, fire and ems in the summit county area. I would be glad to send you a copy of my p500 file if i knew how!
Making note of the close distance of your QTH and the location of the Twinsburg site, I wonder if it's overloading your scanner. I'm not familiar with the 106. Is there an attenuator? Perhaps just take off the antenna and see how it is. Or just use a paperclip as an antenna for a test.

I'll see data, on both the scanner and in Unitrunker (separate SDR dongle receive), but receive no voice. Seems voice is intermittent and sporadic.
Updated with the control channel and alternates, have tried various antennas, but no joy.

That's the rebanding change/correction we discussed. I suspect that 853.1125 will disappear from the Summit license before too much longer.
