System and Group Scroll

I am new to the BCT15X. I am looking to accomplish two things.

1. Scroll through systems to see which groups are enabled/disabled.

While scanning conventional systems, I press [HOLD] [SCROLL Wheel (Function)], scroll through the systems.
These seems like a temporary pause. If I am not fast enough scanning is started back. Is there an option to have this ability no be temporary but engaged until I [SCAN] again?

2. I have scrolled through the display options. I am currently in Display Mode 2. Is an option available to show the Groups enabled / disabled on the scanner?

I have the BCT15 and you press hold, the press and keep the scroll knob pressed a few seconds then it will stay in the function mode until you are done then press the scroll know again
