Then why not just lockout all private calls like you would any other TG?
Set the GSSI: 0 to be locked out or just use the lowest priority (for GSSI: 0) and use a higher priority for your TG of interest so it will be switched to when seen.
Sorry to push in i know anyoing, we talk this matter in private conversation some years ago. there still are older systems not be Hytera branche, use other way configurated, that not work this way. So when using the auto mode/manual set to timeslot in the older version, used on the larged airport network in the world, you still able to fallow the other conversations on that particular slot and other slots and while also using the trunk. But we keep running in circles about this matter.
I be happy to read other users found out about the auto/manual function be very handy on a particular network configuration

What i did. using the older version for trunk before the change and run a second newer version (doing nothing only for the SDS and the data futures.
About DATA on the network i spotted some messages show long HEX. Not often but sometime.

Hi thanks for your reply. I don't know if I get this. Do you mean I will have to run one SDRSharp using an older version of the plugin and another with a newer version? If so I will give it a try, but it would be nicer if the newer plugin offers the possibility to keep the selection of timeslot 1 as static on the CC side of the configuration. But thanks anyway for your help.

The quote means exactly what it states.

If you go changing timeslots when TTT expects the timeslots to be set to where it sets them. It undermines TTT control of a call.
The plug-in has two ways of been used, with TTT and without TTT.
When used with TTT, I've made the change to enforce timeslot control.
If you want to keep changing timeslots yourself, then don't use TTT as it not really doing anything anyway when used this way.

Then why not just lockout all private calls like you would any other TG?
Set the GSSI: 0 to be locked out or just use the lowest priority (for GSSI: 0) and use a higher priority for your TG of interest so it will be switched to when seen.

Hi, oke thanks for this explanation, that was the part I didn't understand. So I can disable TTT mode on both side of the SDRSharp and control this manually again!!! I will try this out.

I think CQ are pointing out that TTT are automatically muting the speaker when it starts and he is worried that he will not hear any calls if it is muted. Perhaps it's the setting "Listen Only Clear Speech" in SDR# that have been selected and CQ has encrypted calls in his system.

I have same issue. And I think that it has to do with new SDRSharp Software that sits on top.
But I have solve this with check On Top in Network Info window. I am not sure this has been that way for as long
as the SDRSharp has introduced Display parameters.
The best part of the new TTT is that it can now show a lot of encrypted trafic. And a lot of more information on
MS Registrations window.
Hi i posted i need help for installing the TTT Software. You use it already and give me a tip how to install it.

Can i have conversation with you, i need your help tnx 73 de karl oe5kbo

@oe5kbo

In your first post, you are trying to pass audio out (of a TETRA signal) via AUXVFO through a virtual cable to a second SDR# with the source as "IQ from Sound Card". This audio out is not IQ data, this will not work this way.

The documentation explains how TTT and the TETRA Demodulator should be setup and used.

A recommendation is not to use SDR# version between v1717-1820. (use v1716)
Another recommendation is not to use every plug-in released for SDR# in the SDR# TETRA setup.

In second post, the error is clearly stated. TTT is trying to use a port that is already in use.
Since no setup details are provided and based on 1st post I'll go and say you have not setup TTT and the TETRA Demodulator correctly.

Hi guys!
Maybe someone can help to explain the strange behavior I am seeing on a network that I monitor.
Every now and then there is some sort of an announcement or "all" call that goes out to many stations and groups. The strange thing is that I am always seeing a different GSSI that this call is made on. The following announcement call comes in on the GSSI one number higher then the last call. Those are always 8 digit GSSIs that are not common in the rest of the network.
It is always coming from the same ISSI.

Thanks!

Is that a voice announcement or text? What do they say or write? How often do they make those announcements? High GSSI numbers can be reserved for special use, like patches or phone calls. Are the GSSI's in the 14000000 range or higher?

It is a voice announcement with important information for all the drivers (public transport). For instance that a certain street is closed for all traffic or similar. Announcements are made only when needed, so they are not regular (maybe once a day)
GSSIs are in the 14000000 range, but it is a normal group call (no phone call or similar).
