Trouble Shooting Raspberry Pi Calls Feed skipping Transmissions

I'm moving from a PC feed to a Raspberry Pi for my Calls feed. I've noticed that the Raspberry Pi skips the transmission with the 911 "sound alert" and the transmission immediately following that. The PC is still recording on Proscan and I was comparing audio quality when I noticed the skipped transmissions. I have no clue where to start.
