Can you walk me through that...again...Im so sorry...I am taking this one step at a time...like suggested.
So I can help you and look at the programming with you, could you upload the entire favorite list that I sent. Once that's in, I can walk you through how to only monitor Boyd County. You took a short cut and you only downloaded a system and not the Favorite List. I know you don't quite grasp this yet, but you will.

we are in the beginnings of a MAJOR ice storm and snow event and we are fighting that plus working on this scanner.
Yes it is. Delete the Boyd County you just downloaded, and Upload this favorite list.
What you should see is F 0 (Favorite List 0)...S 1 2 3 4 (4 systems)..D 1,2,3 (Departments that are active on the system you're monitoring).
Once that is in, you can eliminate the other systems and isolate it to Boyd County based on the System number. ( 0.x Enter as an example.

It appears that you are scanning while connected to Proscan.... If so, look at this box in the upper right corner of the Proscan window and be certain the "Resume Scan/Search" is set to "OFF".

We were using ProScan as a reference for screenshots. We have it closed now. But when I open it again...I will make sure that is set to OFF

I see you have Quick Keys assigned to the systems. Are they on? Verify by going to the Favorites List Editor then the System Quick Keys Status tab. Like this image.
