How do you set that up please?Would using the old trick of a single channel trunked system work?

Conventional decoding was added to SDRTrunk after the fact, and now it does all sorts of stuff like analog FM, AM, etc. But again, SDRTrunk isn't Unitrunker. So is SDRTrunk and it works though.
Also, SDRTrunk shows and saves all messages and events. Does Unitrunker allow you to do that?
You don't, because as I stated, Unitrunker cannot decode conventional P25; trunking only. How do you set that up please?

No, this is a Trunked system that I want to look but the ste is a bit far away and i want to see what Unitrunker showsUnitrunker can log control channel messages if you enable decode logging, but again, can't do anything with conventional if that's what you're asking.
It will log voice channel data but as you pointed out, it is expecting a control channel so no audio.Unitrunker can log control channel messages if you enable decode logging, but again, can't do anything with conventional if that's what you're asking.
Have a question. Where is the call history saved in Unitrunker and how would I view it??? I tried scrolling back when I got home but it only went back about six hours. Had a major police incident in my area today and wanted to see what Radio ID's logged into the LCRA system and what TG's were in use. Supposedly FBI and other Alphabet groups were in the area. I'm running Unitrunker 2.1
I have never done this, but it was a way to have the GRE PSR-500/600 based scanners show transmitting radio id, on a non-trunked P25 repeater. You entered the repeater output as a trunked site's CC, from what I recall. How do you set that up please?
The 'History' tab on the Group, User, and Channel windows will give you this information - for that specific object. As pointed out above, that's the 'Calls' tab on the Site window. When scrolling far back in time, un-check the auto-scroll checkbox so you don't lose your position in the time line.Have a question. I'll fix that to display the real path. The dot is technically correct but not very useful.Rick, is the following info still accurate or is something wrong with my install?
My Options Tab- Work displays a dot.
Sounds good. I mean no rush as everything is running good.I'll fix that to display the real path. The dot is technically correct but not very useful.
Version 1 did not save the history when the program was shutdown. You were able to enable event logging, which would create a running log of activity, but as soon as the program were shut down/restarted, the history grids were all blank. Version 2.x changed all of that, and a permanent history is now kept. All of the site/channel/group/user history persists between software restarts with 2.xI must not have something set right. The history for the TG's in use that day are blank even though the info tab shows hundred's of hits.
I stand corrected, I am not running 2.1. That probably makes a difference. Sorry for the trouble.
The program is very picky about how Zadig is used to assign the WinUSB to the USB device.
If you assign the driver to either of the two interfaces, it won't work. If you assign the WinUSB driver to the whole device (which requires unchecking a box in Zadig) - then it works. See here:
