Looking for some info. Been monitoring this freq 169.800 P25 389 out here around PIttsburgh pa and hearing references to philly.

Is this a customs ch's with a possible IP link??

According to the Fed times The FBI has thier P-25 system up and running in Pittsburg, But I don't know if thats thier freq or not...Just a thought..Will have to check

That is part of an area wide DHS ICE (Immigrations & Customs Enforcement) net that can he heard in Pittsburgh, Philly, Harrisburg and reportedly other areas as well. I'm still trying to dig up more info on this network...

Ha! Thanks Chris, Mystery solved then...I am amazed that ICE/CBP has a system in Pittsburg...Interesting.......If you find anything else out let us know....
