When you're on the Fayette County Home Page it mentions that VA Leestown and VA Cooper are under the Federal Agencies Listing In KY. When I navigate to the Federal page and look for the VA frequencies, I can not find them. Does anyone have a suggestion to where they could be in the RR Database

For the past week I have monitored this freq (407.8375, digital) off and on.... this morning one of the operators identified the system as KLM498. I can't get any additional information on it.... Sounds Federal with gates and patrols, etc...including a lady who ran a stop sign and was issued a...

If 407.8375 doesn't work, is it possible they are on UK's Phase 2 system? I have been hearing Talk groups that weren't submitted before popping up on the system and TGID 1124 appears to be encrypted
