39.9000 Nebraska - "Testing Greeley fire receivers" I had the same test yesturday too,and thats been the only skip in a week.

I have been waiting for some low band skip myself. I pulled out the RadioShack 1/4 11meter whip, new coax, connectors, vise grip to attach to my balcony of the apartment.

Skip seems to have dried up here.

Tropo has been great, though!
