Trashman43 like kkn50, you are doing a "very fine" job posting active frequencies. I'm sure like many appreciative RR members here I applaud both you guys and other members efforts to keep VHF low band monitoring not only alive but more so exciting in spite of all odds. Many of us who appreciate the time, patience and personal effort you and kkn50 dedicate to this aspect of the hobby are more then thankful, we are genuinely grateful. I also notice with appreciation that when you confirm your hits you document it on your post and when your not 100% sure as is your right and your right alone to post that your hits are "suspected" military in nature. I guess someone here missed that fact. All of you members here on RR that donate much of your personal time to pass on active frequencies you discover to others of us to discern their origin and nature of such are greatly revered. You guys are doing a wonderful thing. Keep up the good work and GOD bless.
Yes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_cycle_24Are we at the low end of the sunspot cycle?
What was the date and time sir?
Yes it is possible.Thank u very much that's a great report, so it's still possible to log low band skip even in the low end of sunspot activity.
Most of the low band stuff that is logged and posted in this thread is Sporadic E propagation which is not related to the sunspot cycle.so it's still possible to log low band skip even in the low end of sunspot activity.

i am not contesting you judgement, just curious if something said contextually makes you think that etc. i live in radio range of the area. it would be a new one for me and i possibly could help (or more likely confuse) the identification if it was based on something you heard said.
Not overseas but it is US mil. From Camp MacKall in North Carolina. The MGRS location that was passed matches with the reference to Freedom Village.
