I checked the RIDs and the RIDS were only used on 60695 TG id. No other TGs were identified for these RIDS.
Did you look up the RIDs in the Wiki? The exact ones may not be there but the range or something close should be.

Anyone know who would be using the callsign ZODIAC? It's on one of the events talkgroups so not really any help there. Seeing radio id's such as 37xxxx (6 digits instead of 7 I'm used to seeing),135xxxx, 2160xxx, and a random SHP dispatch console thrown in. Checked the wiki and most aren't on there except for the SHP dispatch.
Typically, when I have heard callsigns like that it was training. Also many counties (Alamance to Jackson as the alphabet goes) use six digit RIDs. The 37 is Chatham County, 135 was Orange Co, 216 was SHP. The Wiki doesn't list every RID just enough to give an idea who you are hearing.

That would make sense as I haven't really heard anything related to any kind of operations. Just more like "zodiac<#> can you go pick up <name removed>, he's ready"

Zodiac could mean the boat, especially if they're picking people up. Probably swift water rescue training.

I did hear them say they are at the boat dock, so that is probably it.
FYI, Avery participated in a drowning recovery, and first responder illness at Elk River Falls this weekend.
Harnett Co has 2 in Cape Fear one recovered

If you were around Jordan Lake today, you might have seen this spectacle. Dozens of soldiers from Fort Bragg parachuting into the water. They were training with Chatham County's emergency responders.
