What are the frequencies for the Maple and Gordon towers? I don't believe I have seem them in the database yet

As of right now, there is no talk of adding a 800mhz wiscom tower in Douglas County. The closest proposed 800 tower is around Chippewa/Taylor/Clark counties to possible be up and running 2014-2015

The majority are Part 22 which don't show up in the database.

What is the reasoning for that? Because of the prisons? Otherwise there is no 800 activity near there.

FYI, the system appears to behaving as I thought it might. I just did some testing and when I keyed up only the 152 frequencies would be assigned, not the remaining Part 90 frequencies.
Even though the system is broadcasting that the frequencies are available, it seems as though it is remaining legal by not assigning them yet.
Not really sure on the reasoning. That is my guess because of the prisons in that area
I heard from someone up north,that Sawyer County is fully operational on WISCOM. Anyone up that way have any information on that.

They are. Have been for a while. They have patches in place to the conventional channels.

Errr not quite true. It hasn't been working for some squads and some portables. Not all deputies are on it and some are still using conventional. It is patched, but I only hear Shrf N / Fire W traffic on towers that are close to me, nothing for S / E towers.

"Officially" they are fully operational on the system. They have been making some progress on the issues they are having. One development is steering away from the "State Approved" Panorama antennas back to a normal 1/4w.
I was referring to the outbound patches to conventional. Traffic from the LAW 1 and FIRE 1 talkgroups are permanently patched to the respective conventional channels. They still have work to do on the inbound patch configuration as that traffic will be routed to a different talkgroup. Not sure that would explain what you're seeing, though.

For Sawyer Co, as Box23 has pointed out, everyone is on the new system officially. The officers, EMT's, or Firefighters you still hear on analog are ones that do not either have WISCOM radios or have not upgraded the radios through flashing.
As for Fire E and Law S the only difference in the freq was that the PL input for those were different as compared to Fire W and Law N. Fire W and Law N are the two most common used freqs and hence why those are crossed over to the WISCOM talkgroups.
Otherwise all other Units for Law, Fire, EMS, and some townships are running on the system. The system plays very well and is a good fight for usage. Now the learning curve just needs to take place on which talkgroup is used for what and such.

What's with all the chatter on the chippiwa co interop talkgroup tonight (id # 29510)?
29510 is Chippewa County Scan. County Scan talkgroups are intended to bridge the gap between agencies using WISCOM for daily communications and agencies using other systems. Each county not using WISCOM,the primary law,fire, and em channels will be scanned and via a gateway,transmitted over the county scan talkgroup.This will allow radios using WISCOM to include county radio traffic in their scan lists.

I knew the frequencies 155.4600 and 155.9550 from the FCC license WQLG396. I had them in my radio for a long time and when I started hearing activity on them I was able to search for and find the other three. So far the talkgroups I have heard are 144, 34010, and 40010. However, these talkgroups don't seem to be on all the time. It's like someone is turning them on and off maybe for testing. I wonder if anyone else knows anything about this sporadic nature of talkgroups?

I also have the same freqs listed as repeaters 155.460 with 510 hits and 155.955 with 3 hits. I did not notice this until I saw your post. I will program all 5 freqs as a system and see what I hear.
