My guess is this will be Morgan County Tac-1.
Through yesterday morning, my database showed a hit on every odd TG from 09001 through 09047, plus 09042, 09051, 09055, 09069, 09073, 09075, 09079, and 09083.
09011, 09015, and 09069 seem to be the three most popular on tower 109 (Charleston); I'd guess they're connected to Troop 4 or are statewide. Not much traffic on any of them, though.
I've seen 09055 used on the Berkeley site a few times when the troopers were following someone. Also 09027 was used last night by accident. I heard the trooper then heard her on 09005 calling Charles Town.
9069 I get enc. from time to time on Ghent and McCommas sites.
I have one time hits with 9021, 9031, 9035, 9039, and 9047 as far as the log was on this computer.
9211 mostly log on to the system
9223 enc. so I also have this one locked out.

09211 is Troop 0 Executive Protection F-2 (which is actually what they use all the time). 100% encrypted. 09223 is used for something else, and is 100% encrypted. 09069 is also 100% encrypted. When I was listening to this system more than 5 minutes a month, 100% of SP traffic in Chucktown was encrypted.
I don't know if I would keep it locked out...sometimes you might get lucky and hear someone with the encryption turned off. I do like the feature on the 996 that ignores traffic if its encrypted.
Unless I'm doing something wrong ignoring the traffic would me that it would start scanning when it gets it. My scanner does let some audio thru with quite a bit of high pitch when it hits the encrypted traffic. I looked and from what I understand you can do that on a moto 2 system but not on a apco25 system. right?

DOT radio techs use this TG. I've also heard the TMC on it, but usually related to comm stuff. I'll see if I can find out if that's going to be the permanent allocation.

Do you know the PL tone for 154.815 VHF analog in West virginia?
Been hearing alot of 9223 this morning totally encrypted(home not working because of stomach cramps),this one was new to me.whoever is using this is really talking alot.
Three WV SP units talking to each other. WV SP special TG.

caught TG 1333 on the Ridge site today. I cannot receive it very well at home but did get 2 hits.
Been listening to TG 9189 talking about how bad the weather was and how this person could monitor where another person was from his office(other person responding he knows he's only where he's supposed to be)and they discussed Jackson county. I think this is the Fire Marshall???
Yep. Fire Investigation Division working the Monaville house fire fatalities, undoubtedly. More there than first met the eye. Watch the news in a few days...
I heard them as well talking about the weather and some class was cancel. MSU maybe... Once it was cutoff but I heard one asking for command center. I did get 3 or 4 RIDs off of it.
