YYZ/YUL Freqs.

Hey all
I'm headed down to YYZ and YUL hopefully at the end of March/ beginning of April go see the new Air Canada 777, and fly it on the YUL-YYZ route. Besides the obvious approach and departure freqs. what are some other good ones to monitor? I thought I read somewhere that AC has their own freq.? It would be interesting to listen to that and hear what is going on behind the scenes. If someone really has the time could that make a list of the best freqs. to monitor?
