Nice one. It almost sounded like it might've been some sort of TRS patch (or otherwise vocoded console, a-la crap MCC 7500), and I didn't hear enough of the transmission to know if it was a traffic bulletin or a mutual aid thing. Good to know though - for LLAW1 (which is what that frequency is), it would be somewhat (though not entirely) unusual to hear anything besides the national interop PL of 156.7. It appears their use case is quite different, after reviewing the FCC DB, they've had licenses on that frequency since dirt was invented, so that explains that. Maybe a few CT members can/will chime in, since the SNE Wiki only mentions it but no Confirmations
Nope it is not LLAW1, as the Hotline has been around long before the NIFOG was even a Dream of Ross Merlin
LLAW1 would be with a PL of 156.7 for those agencies who have programmed for it.
Keep in mind, many a public safety agency use these same frequencies for LOCAL OPS.
ie:
New Hampshire 155.4750 136.5 is a statewide mobile channel and is NOT VLAW31
New Hampshire does have VLAW31 in their standard Code Plug but that uses 156.7 for a PL

Pretty good day on Low VHF here - while 50 mhz was rocking to the north east US lower in frequency skip was way further south - Florida on 46.1 and lots of Alabama corrections morse IDs on 45.98. CHP were on 42 after sunset, there but not terribly strong again. 39 had some decent CHP signals.
