Where are you looking for those folders... in Sentinel or Windows Explorer?

I TRIED WINDOWS EXRLOR AND IT SHOWS ALL THAT BUT IT ONLY SHOWS DATA BASE IN SENTINEL, AND IT WILL NOT CLEAR USER DAYA IN EITHER ONE

You can't " Clear User Data" in Explorer...
That is a Sentinel function...
All those folders WILL not show in Sentinel...

IT WON;T CLEAR WITH SENTINEL EITHER MABY IT IS AOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CARD. I SHOULD BE HERE BY NOON.I WILL TRY THEN

Did you say you are getting an error when you use "Clear User Data" in sentinel...
If you are, the card is corrupted... Reformat it...
Clear user data will not leave the card empty... It preps it for wrighting to...
See the pict I posted... It should look like that in windows explorer after you run it...

I put the new card in and everythimg seems to work but the scanner says nothing to scan. but it seems to write to the and scanner

You have to create a favorites list to wright to the scanner... Thats why your seeing that...
The scanner does not know what to do till you tell it what to scan...

Being a new card you still have to do the "Clear User Data" with Sentinel before you can wright a favorite list to the scanner...
