Anyone got a list of businesses that got destroyed? My work has an office in that complex but I am off on vacation and out of touch from the office

Aerial 17 Operating and Engine 36 Relay pumping to Engine 7.

I do have more pictures of the Quints operating and other Apparatus pics, let me know if you want them.

I'm pretty sure you are safe unless you were involved with Billingsgate Fish Market, the Hi-Ball Restaurant, or the Cat House. The damage was contained to them as far as I know though businesses nearby may have smoke issues. PM me your office's vitals if you want me to look further.

This is MRU 1. I don't know if it has been relabelled or not

Their are just the 2 MRU units right now in YYC, I believe CFD was looking into adding a third which would go to 22 Station (As the BEHR report stated)

Not really a fan of the way they did the white on the doors

If you mean the driver's and officer's doors, that's the new City of Calgary logo - the red and grey on a white background. Supposedly every asset in every business unit will be getting that logo eventually.

I heard someone say on a news channel a week or two ago that "regular automobile" fleet vehicles, i.e. sedans and SUVs and the like, will all have just the Calgary.ca logo and each business unit will have magnetic signs that say water, roads, sanitation, etc., so that the cars can be shared and (presumably) the city ends up owning less vehicles overall.

This is a look at the first of the 16 new Smeal Engines..
The new Engines come with a 2 stage 7,070 Litre per minute pump (about 1,800 gallons per minute), Smeal SG09 anti-idle auxiliary power unit, fold-down arrow board, 2 exterior light up water level gages, lock-in levers on the pump panel, fold down ladder rack, CAFS, and a deck gun... which is not mounted yet because they are on back order (the deck gun is mounted on the rear drivers side just like the 2010 Rosenbauers)

Also the rear hose load looks like it will change a bit..... CFD is supposed to go with a different type of 125mm/5inch LDH supply hose and 65mm/2 1/2inch attack line. The new Smeals have roughly a 2-3 foot shorter hose bed because of they Aux power unit.. but there is also a second compartment that looks like it's meant for hose storage on the right of the hose bed..

These Engines are also roughly 2.5 feet shorter then the 2010 Rosenbauers!!

What's the capacity of the booster tank? 300 gal?

Booster tank is 2500 Litres or 550 Imperial Gallons
I forgot about the litres to gallons to imperial gallons... so the pump would actually be about 1500 Imperial Gallons per minute
