I heard Cleveland Fire last night on talkgroup 1169, from the North Bradley site. I also heard Rhea County SO and EMA testing on TG 1 on the No Pone site.

I have the other Starr Mountain frequencies at home, will post them tonight.

Slatescan- This project is indeed TN's statewide system. It is being done in three regional phases. P1 if you will, is the TVRTRS with Chattanooga through Knoxville as the core.. P2 will be mid state expecting Nashville to be the core., P3 western TN, with Memphis/Shelby County being the main core. All three phases will be joined under State Control eventually and form the Statewide TRS. Unknown at this time what the "Name" will be as of now.

I also heard TG 1171 last night, I believe it was on the Oswald Dome site.

Yesterday I logged:
TG 1 on the North Bradley, Oswald Dome, Starr Mountain, Sharps Ridge, and No Pone Sites
TG 1169 on the North Bradley and Oswald Dome sites.

From UniTrunker, the other frequencies for the Starr Mountain site are 769.33125 and 771.90625

TG 1171 is TG 1168 with a status bit of 3,Talkgroup patch to another

There are no status bits on a 9600bps P25 system. 1169 and 1171 are two completely separate talkgroups. Channel flags such as encryption are sent differently than on Motorola 3600 systems.

Seems like TG 1 is now used for testing amongst all agencies. 1115 sunds like it's just the techs building/working on system. 245 is techs but encrypted. 1169 seems like it's for various Bradley County and Cleveland agencies. 1171 I think is Bradley County but not sure yet.
15001 appears to be the state prison in Wartburg, although it doesn't seem to come in like it did a few months ago.
Is it me, or does it seem like the signal strength of the Chattanooga simulcast bounces all over the place, like two bars to full bars and back? The analog signal is solid and doesn't fluctuate like the P25 does.

Back some time ago Bradley county had talk groups added to Chattanooga site. 33296,33328,33360,33424,33456. The radios that they have to use for Chatt system are they able to use the same radio for this Regional system or is this another radio all together? Bradley county also uses an 856.4875 frequency. Will that radio be able to use the Regional system and or the chatt system?

Also noted DTF units really like the new regional system. Seems that they will get 4 or 5 channels asigned just for them also.....

The new TN state licenses show the rest of the freqs for the Starr Mnt. site. Only had CC til now.
771.63125 control channel
771.90625
772.28125
772.88125
773.95625

Still don't know where site 02A5h-230 is that's transmitting control channel on 769.08125. Anybody north of Chattanooga hear this? Maybe as state continues licensing the 700MHz sites this will eventually pop up.

Just a suggestion, but I think this thread needs to be broken up. It started out as Chattanooga, but has now progressed into the TVRTS thread. :)

New site confirmed, on the air and ID'd for the TVRCS, licensed to Roane County E911:
Site ID: 02A5h-230
769.08125 control channel
770.29375
771.75625
772.13125
772.83125
Besides Roane, this also covers northern Rhea county into Spring City.
