SDS100/SDS200: Database is corrupt could not find hpdb.cfg

I tried to change a favorites list and that happened I don't know why please help

it still gives me the error

Someone will probably chime in to suggest what file(s) to delete manually then download database again.

yeah I think I did I tried looking for the missing file on the SDS file system but could not find it

Can I take out the scanner from my pc while I wait?

You didn’t get to the point of writing to the scanner, right? If so, should be fine to unplug and use.

It did not write anything to the scanner it just gave me the error and stopped the process

it booted up and said there was an error and to clear user data doing that now

That fixed the database and i was able to write to scanner
