Somewhere in this room. Right now, you're very col
It's an idea that we can certainly consider. However the focus for this process was to get feed providers the ability to embed their feed on their Web site. Let's let this progress a little further before we add to much more.

Give ya in inch.. and you'll want a.... :)

I think this would be a good paid option. As it is now, only being able to embed a single feed isn't quite what capability I had been hoping for. I'd gladly pay a monthly fee to allow multiple feeds and even entire counties or states to be embedded on my site (which will soon be making a comeback when I have additional funds to pay for what I want to do).

Just a thought. Thanks for the update!

I'm not talking about starting a site specifically to host a ton of embedded RR feeds. I'm talking about embedding the small playlist of a single county that has only four feeds onto a very localized, county-centric website. Three of the feeds are provided by members of both websites, so yes, we ARE all contributing to the entire process. I could just as easily embed separate players for each feed using my already-approved domain key, but I'd rather not do it that way for obvious reasons. It would look a lot cleaner with a single embedded player that uses a playlist, and I feel that's the right way to go about it instead of circumventing Lindsay's intent of allowing us to embed a single feed. Nothing else would change, the RR branding and links would still exist. And of course, all domain key applications must be approved before they can work, so Lindsay always retains the ability to deny any site(s) he feels are not honoring the spirit of the embed function, which would limit potential abuse issues.

ok, one more thing, can the starting volume be adjusted somehow in the code, it starts out about midway on the player. I have my scanners volume set so it plays well through my blackberry primarily.

Thanks, Lindsay. I knew you and the rest of the RR team would come up with a fair and suitable solution to this issue.

Submitting my domain key application now. :)

Question, I have 2 feeds embedded onto my site. Both feeds you have to manually click to start, when I start one it will play but when I click the other feed to play my computer throws me an error and closes the page out. I have 2 seperate Domain keys for them.

Any suggestions or do I have something marked wrong?

Is the the thin blue line that goes between the Radio Reference Logo and the player really necessary? For example, if someone has a black background (like me), it makes the page look ugly as it goes all the way across the page.

Applying for domain key

Probably the wrong thread for this posting. If it is - sorry.

Can't apply for domain key; I get:

Error->INSERT,UPDATE command denied to user 'rr'@'ip-10-245-134-22.ec2.internal' for table 'rr_domainKeys'

Any idea?

My feed working like a charm otherwise - totally awesome, thanks!

This message may be a bit off topic...but wondering...I travel from CT down to FL frequently...bringing along my Iphone 3GS.. Is there an Iphone app that I can use to create State by State listening while travelling? I traditionally take a scanner with me, but programming updates is a tedious chore. Having my Iphone connected to RR somehow...would truly be benificial.
I would certainly be willing to pay for this service.
