Is there a way to download trunked systems with their color codes?
i think that would depend on what you are trying to do with it. if its to monitor LEO then no they do not give out there Encryptions. if you want to monitor non incripted radios that are on the P25 systems you will need a P25 Scanner with a program like ProScan to write the codes into

I'm talking about downloading the trunked dmr color codes from Radiorefereence.
ok i am not sure how to find a list of them. and not sure how to download them. however i did find this online. hope this helps
RadioReference, look in the Tone column of a frequency table (listed as CC or a number followed by CC, like 1CC) or check the bottom details of a trunked site. Note that individual user DMR radio IDs (UIDs) are not hosted on RadioReference; those are managed via RadioID.net.
