I was just advised that there were TWO versions of 2.448 released. The original 2.448 DSDPlus.exe was created on Dec 5 @ 01:46, and the second 2.448 DSDPlus.exe was created on Dec 6 @ 01:03. So for some inexplicable reason, the author decided it would be a good idea to release two versions of the same release number, instead of making the later one 2.449 or whatever.

Why does this matter? Because the later version once again breaks the Goosetown/Triangle (Selex) Network and Site numbering. That's right, all of this is moot because we're right back to L6 with site numbers like 26.2

OneVoice MAX official system name (well, the current OneVoice partners at least)

Email has been sent to DSDPlus about this --

System Notes

Uniden scanners and SDRTrunk software will display the correct Network/System ID and Site numbers as they appear listed here, however DSD+ will display incorrect values. DSD+ will show this system as System ID 6, and the site numbers that DSD+ will display are listed on the detail page for each site.

A detailed email was received in response the same day I sent my email

So I was browsing the Spyserver earlier tonight and tuned into the Buffalo Airspy receiver that someone generously put up. I noticed the following two sites while scanning up and down the band. The neighbor site channel number looks funky but here are the findings:

Slightly OT, but do you get audio from DSDPlus when you monitor systems on the Spyserver network? I haven't been.

I didn't have issue using DSDPlus through spyserver. I use virtual audio cable and make sure I don't have Monitor Source Audio enabled in DSDplus input settings to avoid looping effect.

What I meant was, can you hear the decoded audio?

If you lock onto a control channel thru spyserver network, or in sdr# in general, you will not get decoded audio as the spyserver dongle/sdr#dongle is locked on the cc and will not tune to the voice channel like it does when running 1 dongle in dsdplus with fmp24.

If you park on voice freqs on a system, you will get decoded audio.

Site 121 is now reporting a neighbor at site 134 cc=397
Calculations and FCC lookup yields the following:
LSN=397, 398
LCN=198
Frequency=452.4625
Call sign: WPMP781
Location: Esopus Ulster Co. NY

This site is not on the air yet. I would definitely receive it if it was active.

Perhaps you overlooked that the frequency is licensed at Highland (Illinois) also, not just Esopus.

Nope. I'm aware of the two locations. The frequency was part of the OneVoice Esopus site line-up. OneVoice uses Esopus and not Highland so it seemed reasonable that this new system would follow the same path. If that's not correct I'm sure you will set the record straight.

I would've expected to see a different Site ID for Esopus, so we'll have to wait and see. No control channel on the air yet anyway, I already checked when 134 popped up the other day.

Yes, but keep in mind that just because the Con+ system uses one site name or location doesn't mean the TIII Network will use the exact same site name/location

Most sites will remain the same, but not all of them. We've already seen a few new sites pop up on the Con+ system within the past few months/year...not a coincidence.

Note that the Goosetown T-Band channel bandplan has changed slightly, so the frequencies have new LCN/LSN. This does not affect the regular UHF 450-470 channels.

The base frequency for the T-Band channels is 454.3375 as LCN 1 or LSN 3 (DSD+ uses the LSN values)

Thanks,

How does this translates for Beacon site (451.9125) which is lower than base frequency?
