Anyone know when HCFR will be going on the new system?

In my personal opinion
Never šŸ˜‚
I'm using BCD 325P2 & the Harris P 25 sounds like Dunk

All the Motorola P 25 -
1 & 2 sounds fine
I can sometimes even get the polk county's Kathleen tower as far west as branch Forbes exit 17

15151. Tampa fire being simulcasted today. Some users are in digital format most all users are still having analog audio from the EDACS site. Iā€™m hearing this on the P25 west simulcast site. The dispatcher has real low audio and not in digital audio either.

There is a lot of audio disparity between all the different departments like Tampa airport users sound really low compared to other departments.

Heard that yesterday! Interesting that they're abandoning 1457, which on and off many times had been used on the P25 system.

Really I think a lot of it has to do with the agencies' radios. TPA PD is really quiet while James A Haley PD and HCSO are extraordinarily loud.

I saw Tampa Fire at Publix this afternoon. They were still carrying the old 800mhz edacs radios.

I was definitely hearing users in digital so my guess is the truck Mobile radios of some users are new I think the one of the users I was hearing was rescue 4

TFR TG 15151 loud and clear in Sarasota last night. I will load 15152 and up for Tac channels and the future. I don't know if they are the correct TG's just a hunch.

Monitored a working fire in Tampa this morning on TG 15155 - Corresponded with Tac 2 on the EDACS system.

Tampa Fire on 15151 uses like 3 different dispatchers all on that same TG. They each pop in suddenly and share the channel. One unit, says Engine 5, gets replied to by one dispatcher. Very mext transmission it's Rescue 16 being replied to by a different dispatcher. You hear a call dispatched, then another call right after that dispatched by a different dispatcher. This is very odd. How does each dispatcher know when to respond to what unit and when to dispatch new calls?
