Analog already is interoperable.
I didn't see any patch IDs on OP25.
Yes it’s a Harris P25 system all CC’’s must be entered.Hi everyone, just programmed my friends G4 for HC, im in NY and shipped it to him. I saw all the channels are "red" from the database? Are they all control channels? Hoping its correct lol.
Great all should be good then, i used RR to program it. Thanks very much!Yes it’s a Harris P25 system all CC’’s must be entered.
I’m pretty sure the automated dispatch (tac 16) for HCFR is TDMA. I noticed it’s labeled FDMA in the database. Can anybody confirm this?
Just as I suspected, all other HCFR talkgroups are working on a phase 1 radio.OP25 is showing it's TDMA.
Strange I’ve heard them before. Maybe it’s new. What else are you seeing TDMA for HCFR?Well, I'm also seeing HCFR Tac 2 (10546) is TDMA.
That’s possibleNow I'm seeing HCFR Tac 2 as FDMA. So maybe it changes depending on something. How and when this system decides when to use Phase I / II has always been a mystery.
It’s only happening on Tac 2 from time to time, but you’re right. I noticed this on an older XTS, of course on my XL-200’s and APX8000’s it’s not a problem and I never would have known.Like with every other P25 system, if an older Phase I-only radio affiliates with what is normally a Phase II talkgroup, the entire talkgroup reverts to Phase I.
So it’s plausible that older radios (or newer radios without the Phase II feature string installed) are being used.
Exactly what it says. I believe.Tampa Fire Rescue has a unit called "Video 1". Anyone know what this is?
