I'm using Airspy SDR# and I think I have everything set up, but I have one problem; I just relized that I've been getting a 'CACH ERR' when decoding. How can I fix this. I have the free version of DSDPlus btw.

Errors are usually one of two things. PPM is off, or not a strong enough, or too much signal. What are you using for an antenna and how far are you from the signal your trying to decode?

I'm actually using a someones SDR stream from Airspy

Oh, so you don't own an airspy, your just using one on the Spy Server Network. Only thing you can really do is play with gain and make sure filter audio is unchecked. I tried that in the past on conventional p25 freqs.

If its a conventional channel, it should decode. If its trunked, I am not sure if trunked audio can be decoded via Airspy Network. It should decode individual voice channels at any event. You also never stated what version of DSDplus you have. Public version will not do phase 2 audio.
