Question. I see that South Pasadena and Baldwin Park PD's are on ICI system but I never hear them on either The Glendale or Montebello sites. Does anybody know about these cities if they are part of ICI and are running on this system. Wonder if they are on different sites within this system. Good day everyone
I think South Pasadena PD is using their analog frequency. I've never heard any traffic on their talk groups

Does anyone know the talk group ID'S for Hawthorne PD? Dispatch Tac1 and Tac2. Thanks.
Hawthorne PD (TG 3102) and Hawthorne PD Tac (TG 3140) is part of South Bay Regional Communications Public Communications Authority on ICI and has been encrypted since 2019.

There is nothing to rant over. I told you on July 12th it was coming. Look at NYPD and FDNY. Just went a 100 percent accross the board. Honestly who's next. Anybody at this point.

Why is FIRE slowly getting encrypted is anybodies guess at this point. I guess if this is what you really like you move out of California. There is nothing lovely about living here anymore. You see how California has erroded so bad over the past few decades. What a sees pool now.

2020 DOJ mandate. What a joke. You talk about having more officer safety ask the two police officers family in Palm Springs on how that worked out so well with two dead family members now from being ambushed. Oh how we all have forgotten so easily.

Just looked at the MS Office Project Timeline sheet and Montebello is next on the list. Then the rest of the smaller departments within the ICIS system will be all locked down by Summer of 2024. There are some hardware issues that need to be worked thru on consoles, mobiles and portables to get up to speed for AES-256.

Glendale as of today using TG 11 (B) for Encryption, Pasadena is also showing on a new TG 2670 (A6E) also E with a new Algo (AES). Both appear to be patching the old TG's for now, so will hold submitting until we can determine if it's permanent. Let the ranting begin! ;)
