I know the keypad is supposed to light up, and I have key backlight set to on and there isn't any backlighting. are anyone's keys lit up?

Your right, I had to turn off all the lights in the room to see it..... even then just barely visible.

For those of you who ordered from or wanting to order from Zipscanners, here's my experience:
I ordered from them on Thurs Jan 31st at about 12 noon. Website said in stock and would ship today if ordered by 1pm cst. So I did. Got the confirmation email right away. Waited until next morning, no shipping email. I emailed them Friday Feb 1st asking about it (nicely) and they got right back to me saying there was a problem getting all the orders out and would get it out that day. Well, still no tracking email Sat morning and nothing over the weekend. I emailed again today (monday am) and inquired again (nicely) and they got right back with me saying it has been shipped and provided a usps tracking #. I then looked up the tracking info the package WAS actually mailed out Friday and was out for delivery today (monday). Looks like a label was created on the Thurs 31st (day of order) but it had the "processing exception, regional weather delay, South Bend, IN". Not sure why since it was coming from Carrollton, TX.
So anyway, a decent experience overall. Only hiccups was didn't go out same day as order and never did get tracking info until 2nd email.
I assume if I had not contacted them at all I still wouldv'e gotten it today, just with no tracking email.

Any way to activate the rear Micro USB Port? Plugged it in and scanner didn't go into mass storage. Works with the front port, only problem is my LAN cable is blocking access to the Micro USB plug on the front. Will the front USB A port work to transfer updated profile from Sentimental? Don't want to order a cable if its not going to work. Thanks.
You could *probably* safely trim the RJ cover to gain some clearance.

Bought a Right Angle cord that routes directly beneath the scanner and out the back. Did that for "tidiness". I will use a straight plug temporarily until i get everything settled. It would be nice to be able to program directly from Sentinel through the LAN connection. Don't know if that is technically possible or not.

I received my tracking number from Scanner Master also, time to rearrange the desk.

Yesterday and this morning HRO in DE had them in stock now it’s gone. I’m still waiting from the HRO from Ga to come.
