TG 5075 may well have been either units roaming from Area A, or chosen intentionally. Since I am not near any correctional facility, I doubt any of those RID's such as 11706 were from there. According to my logs, the RID's 10631 to 11706 were not used with the other RID's in the 3800/3900/4000 groups. And, since they are used on encrypted TG's, all I can do is speculate who they might be.

Friday I heard US Home;land Security trying to call Scott Co on 155.475 they were using 167.9 on tx. no joy I never heard anywhere else. Possibility?

I killed the log from Friday. Was that around 10 or 11 a.m.? Someone was using R6 TAC 62 for a couple of hours, did not really pay attention to the actual content. At first they were doing radio checks, then later assorted traffic. This much I did note on paper; 7 RID's in the 3800/3900 range, then an RID from Polk County (711025).

a week ago sat I believe maybe it was sunday I was picking p some traffic on r6 tac 62, sounded like, stte, nd county and maybe local but it sounded like a drug task farce or something going on in Iowa City. Would of been the 19th or 20th and it was t 4pm when I got to work and was hearing this, not ure how long it was going on before I got to work.

While I have not been around as would like, it appears that Muscatine County went live on ISICS today. Talkgroups of 45205, 45221, and 45229 were heard this evening. Did not hear any voice on TG 45229, just single tones. All this heard on the North Scott site.

Can confirm that they are on ISICS. 45205 appears to be LAW 1, 45221 City Fire, and 45229 County Fire. That is what I have figured out to this point but it is only day one. Hearing on Louisa, Scott/Muscatine and Muscatine Wild Cat Den Sites. It is my understanding that they were going to be heavy on the encryption with the new system. So not sure if we will hear many more channels or how long we may hear the one we are currently hearing.

Have not heard anything on the 203, but 45208 is Info, 45213 is Master Control at the jail.

Add to that list TG 45235. This is per my log. I have time constraints of late where I cannot be by the desk to actually hear and observe. My log does show they went live on 10-21-24 @1500 hours.

It appears they maybe following their starcom channel order. 45235 i think maybe MFD to Hospital. I will have to double check when I get home.

I did note this morning that there are two new ISICS sites showing adjacent to the N.Scott/Muscatine locations. They show as 2-148 (856.1625 mhz) and 2-140 (857.1375 mhz). I don't know the exact locations, so cannot submit them to the Admin. Perhaps someone down that way can ascertain where they are.

I further found this afternoon site 2-70 on (856.5375 mhz), again adjacent to the N.Scott/Muscatine site. It will take someone down there to find the location.

you could also maybe look at the old Starcom sites to get locations. most of these are a reprogram of those from Starcom to ISICIS. MCC, West Liberty, Conesville, Wilton, and the new site at Wild Cat Den.
