Just setup my first scanner. I can hear a lot but I'm unable to hear Orting PD

I have a SDS100 and I programmed in all the local stuff. I can scan and hear a lot within Pierce CO, but when I set it to just Orting PD I hear nothing. I've let it sit for a couple hours now and not a single thing.

Thank you. I have it tuned in now.

I'm guessing that this means I'll hear Orting PD and Pierce Sheriffs? I do hear traffic but I'm not sure who it is exactly.

How would I be able to find this information out for myself next time?
