If they ever get it built out here. It's gonna cost them a fortune.. but that's not my concern. I'm asking if the system is still operating simulcast. My ingest is running at a tower site and it's picking up traffic from both Post 8 and Post 9 because of it's location, and until they add NAC decoding to SDRTrunk I'm kind of stuck with one channel.Is the new trunking system "connected" with the old system (as in what is going out on UHF going to TRS)?
I think it'll be a while before they get to the east part of the state. As you noted, the "A" channels are used very infrequently. The only time I'll hear traffic on 4A, 5A or 12A is when there is something significant occurring on the "B" channels. That's maybe once every couple of weeks.
