AR5700D "March 2026" Firmware Released

I noticed a new version of AOR AR-5700D Firmware. Good that AOR is adding firmware change notes.
“AR5700Updater” tool firmware release notes.
Version “March 2026” Changes since version “Sept. 2025”:
Fixed 8.33k step bug in Cybersearch.
Fixed Cybersearch freeze bug.
Fixed memory channel frequency and title backup bug.
Added support for YAESU digital wide voice mode (VW).
Added support for DCR whitening codes.

The only change from the 011_fixed file to the current 013 file is the Panel firmware went from P511A to P603A (Nov 2025 to Mar 2026). The DigiDec is still 2507A. The change list appears to be from the initial release for customer updates in September 2025.

Just updated my firmware on my receiver and no issues updating firmware, a few bugs now fixed

For Cyber Search operation, since release of Firmware MAIN-403AR D3N5 P603A (March 2026) is further riddled with bugs since previous Firmware.



New bug identified:

Step Rate programmed into Search Bank i.e. Bank 00 is carried over to new Cyber Search Bank.
(therefore as example, Bank 00 Step Rate set is 8.33kHz, Bank 01 search also runs at 8.33kHz but Bank 01 should run at 12.5kHz stepping as programmed)

If Bank 00 and Bank 01 are programmed for Cyber Search, Bank 01 will not detect signals.

Cyber Search appear to work correctly only if Bank 00 programmed.
