There is a firmware update for the DV1.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug that could lead the TETRA-GSSI function activation to fail.
- SCAN bank with mixed NFM and AUTO modes could cause receiver freeze.

The latest firmware is not always the best one to use.

2107A and 2101C have concerning 'issues', 1907B does not and is stable.

It could save you from a lot of the issues slowly being reported in other Forums, certainly some of which are recent Firmware updates related.
