Here is an interesting one, I confirmed 9255 is Eastchester Department of Highway. Very chatty group but only active from 7-3. I will be submitting in the database.

It also happen there is an article today about this system and the use of LTE to provide coverage where P25 coverage is not available, pretty neat stuff:

Yorktown is on the Putnam County line, so the Zone 2 cell, not Zone 3.

Eastchester, Tuckahoe, and Yorktown all rumored to be joining Bronxville on the system.
Eastchester/Tuckahoe are both joining Bronxville Police. The radios are in at Eastchester Police/Tuckahoe Police. I'll find out more on Wednesday from the EPD Chief. I'm friends with him as to when they will start to use the new system.
Tuckahoe Police has the new radios but they are not installed in the vehicle yet nor is the new antenna up on the tower yet.

What type of radios did they get out of curiosity? Moto? Or harris?

So I just got off the phone with Eastchester Police Chief Tim Bonci- They have been field testing the Harris Metro/MTA MMRS system and they are very happy with the coverage. The Harris radio's are in but haven't been installed in the police vehicles yet. Chief Bonci stated that they will go on board and switch over in January 2022 and he said that Tuckahoe will join but not for a few months out in 2022.
Hope this helps everyone out.
Stay well everyone and happy holidays.

Hey it’s a move in the right direction any way you look at it… Not like Hastings On Hudson who jumped to NXDN and found themselves to be the entire agency in the county that uses it 😂

Anyone with any suggestions on how I can receive the MRRS sites? I have a bcd352p2, which generally works well.
I have tried various locations, antennas (paper clip, Rubber Ducks, roof mounted discone.
I mostly understand simulcast: I get the new Westchester County PD with various levels or clarity, but I do get it. Same for the new Westchester County p25 system (60 control, etc)
I have 4 sites programmed: LI, Westchester, city (Brooklyn I think) and Grand Central, and try to receive at various locations in Westchester or in NYC.
The control channels generally show 5 bars and play static... with some having small changes in volume or signal that , to me, indicate data being sent, but every talk group flashes "finding control channel", which, to me, means I am not receiving the CC? Can this be simply simulcast preventing me from receiving ANY sites in any area?
I downloaded the sites from RR using ARC-XT (Butel) several times, so typo is unlikely.
Any suggestions?

It sure sounds like the behavior of simulcast issues. I have a 996P2 which would exhibit the same behaviors you have mentioned. My SDS200 and Unication G4 work flawlessly.
