I am literally running it with a 256MB (yes you read that correctly - megabyte) card (which is still overkill) and works perfect. The only thing stored on this card is config backup / restore files, and if you want to add the zip code .csv file which is about 40MB.

And the DSD files if you went that route. But even those are very small.

Can I have a quick run down on loading the Firmware for the WIO, can't find the instructions. Put SD card with the update in the WIO power on, then slide the switch down twice?

Remove Wio from the adapter, plug into computer via the USB-C port. Slide power switch down 2 times to put in update mode, it should show up as a drive, drag FW over to that drive. Done.

This is should be covered in the manual.

OK, what did I screw up now? I upgraded to the 1130 firmware for both the p25 micro and the Wio, I can not get to the configuration menu. It shows, but goes back to scanning a frequency that is not mine. The TG stuff I can push the toggle down and get into, the config I can not.

So you push the joystick in and config isn’t a choice? It’s been a menu item since day one.

I have it working now with my dsd TG files, but still can not get into config. Maybe it is just the way the new software is mapped. I looked back at the manual and nothing in there has changed, but used the TG menu I could get into to add a site and TG's.

The only menus I could access were TG and Signal. Found a place to add a frequency and just kept hitting learn on the left button. It is working fine now and blocking the unwanted TG's

Well in all honesty, Todd hit the nail on the head here. This thing is great. yeah, I tried getting the way I wanted and messed it up more than once. But some stumbling and help from the forum it always comes alive again. Learning curve yes, but is worth it. I live in a 5 site simulcast area and have not heard a single garbled transmission yet. Todd you are a awesome engineer.

It's jamming now, set up just like my scanners, minus the distortion. Ordered the speaker for portable use.
