Sounds like a Navy schooled operator callsign
1435 Osprey-29 with Dover apch on 132.425 req flight following back to Pax River.
He was well below 2k feet so Dover asked him to climb a bit higher and he went up to 2500 feet.
Yeah #09-0015 better hurry as T-storms rolling in near DC and out here again.
Inbound at 9k altitude and over 350 knots.. speeding ticket? LOL. Think he will beat the wx.
