Yes, I went on and left to give it a shot, was about a half mile from home when I saw him popup on ADS-B. Oh well, more chances down the road!

IAF404, an Israeli 707 refueling aircraft, is showing just south of Long Island on ADSB and FlightAware heading to Dover from SCQ in Spain.
Have never heard of dedicated freqs, but I think ZDC on 377.1 may cover both Pickett and Farmville MOA's

Loved in south hill for 27 years and 377.1 was used at both
1313E: Foreigners landing at ADW? Two thick accents now on 118.4. C/s is [Unintelligible] 0601.
1316E: Now two TIS-Bs. The other c/s is [Unintelligible] 0603.
Update: apparently It's the Italians. ADSB briefly showed a IAM0602, so I assume it's a flight of three (at least).

I've been checking the LiveATC feed for Langley every now & then trying to figure out some of the new two-ltr 7th FS idents we see on ADS-B.

Saw that too. Initial ADS-B ident was a Tornado ftr.
MD ANG A-10's off this morning on road trip.I think they went up to NY upstate ranges who are booked solid today and tomorrow
