1135- Exercise ongoing on 292.3 calling out hostiles and positions.

Later in the day, but I saw DC ANG F16 going north up the jersey shore in Cape May, NJ. Never saw him come back.

Thought there was gonna be a Westbound Altrav today as BLUE-31 #20-46072 KC-46 showed early and briefly today
on ground in UK but guess was postponed.
311.000 is also used by Fairchild as their CP freq...

With that CBP TROY-067 into KILG yesterday. Seems TROY is DHS/CBP callsign.. Matt logged a TROY-226 chopper out his way recently.
Used to hear them as OMAHA in the past..

Rumor is they now have H-60s there to replace the S-76s they got rid of this summer, but I haven’t seen those yet. In the past, when CBP has needed H-60s in the NCR (usually for USSS support), they’re brought in from the Great Lakes AMO Branch (MTC).

If previous years are any indication, a lot of these resources (both from Manassas and Selfridge) should be repositioned to FRG shortly to support the NSSE for UNGA.

TROY is a common CBP AMO callsign. They seem to use OMAHA when supporting Border Patrol.
