228.95 CANFORCE guys operating in through VIPER West comms in Fench and English (Fringlish) . Aircraft type unknown, but definately masked up.

Just heard TRACON on 254.25 reporting a bomb threat at BWI, inbound aircraft being put in a holding pattern.
Already deemed a hoax, so flights are being directed back in.

All,
Monitoring today and heard the 119th on 298.6000 communicating with each other. The conversation was about one of the aircrafts radios not working. The 2 frequencies that they were test for connective with were the following: 297.525 and 263.925.
Does anyone have info on these frequencies?

CAP has been up over DC today, with Nobels and Gasman in the air. Zelenskyy running late but has departed the WH.
Also, seems like Sikorsky had a profitable day, with the Black Hawk helicopter work and the CH-53K work both scheduled to be done in Stratford, Connecticut.
Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, was awarded a $442,956,422 modification (P00035) to contract W58RGZ-22-C-0010 for the Black Hawk helicopter program. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2027. Fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement, Army funds in the amount of $442,956,422 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a not-to-exceed $48,257,948 firm-fixed-price, undefinitized order (N00019242573) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order provides for the redesign of a form, fit, and functional replacement of the CH-53K Inertial Measurement Unit. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed in June 2027. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $16,695,561 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

1800 local Devels are up!! 298.6
Here comes Alert tanker SWATH-99 KC-46 #20-46080 off McGuire with Huntress reports 90 miles East of the CAP.
Earlier heard some COSMIC A/C F-16's in the area. Hearing NOBLE-11 on NORAD 139.700 and some A/A 340.250 BRAVE-1
so maybe DC ANG has taken over the CAP. Strange time for a DC CAP.
BRAVE-1 says A/R at FL-240 will be on boom 231.625.. SWATH-99 is now working Huntress 228.900

There could be an elevated threat security level with his visit or perhaps unrelated to his visit (aka the bomb threat reported earlier)
So probably using caution versus taking any risks.

Unid comms also copied on 246.7 - a bit hard to read and was just bickering mixed with some strong language. Mentioned Oceana and Chambers.

Anyone know what ZDC freq GASMAN02 is working right now?
Just heard one of the fighter over Langley mention about hot spots on the ground at Langley - basically using the targeting pod to watch for unusual activity.
Obviously there is a elevated threat level at US Government sites for unknown and not publicized reasons.

That was interesting to hear. When SWATH11 had hydraulic issues and left the DC CAP, NOBLE12 said they couldn’t wait for GASMAN to show up and would have to divert.
